General Clinic Policies

We require 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments. You may cancel an appointment by email at unamedicalclinic@gmail.com or call the office and leave a message.
After one "no show" you will be billed $30.00. After three "no shows" we reserve the right not to schedule another appointment.
Annual medical exams are not covered by MSP if you do not have a medical condition that requires a medical exam. If you are unsure if you require an exam, please book an appointment with your doctor to discuss. You can also pay $150 privately if you do not meet the medical criteria.
Blood work and other tests that you request that are not medically required may also need to be paid for privately.
You will be notified of any abnormal results, while normal results may be left to be discussed at your next appointment. If you are concerned about your results, you are welcome to call the clinic to check if the result has arrived and book an appointment to discuss it.
Blood work usually takes 1-4 days for results, while X-rays and ultrasound take 2-7 days, pregnancy screening 2-3 weeks, and Pap tests 10-12 weeks.

Telephone Policies

The doctors will attempt to call at your scheduled time, but can fall behind just as they sometimes do with clinic patients.
The doctors will call twice, if they can't immediately reach you. However, if they are unable to reach you on either attempt, you may be charged a no-show fee.
Please ensure you are in a quiet and private environment during your appointment. If there is too much noise around you or the doctor is worried about the confidentiality of your medical information, they may ask you to rebook for another time.
Similarly, appointments should not be conducted while you are driving or in another, similarly unsafe environment for talking and giving your full attention to the visit.
